Smiths Party Hire absolutely blew us away for our wedding! From the moment we lked in, Andrea and Linda were so helpful and patient, guiding us through all the options and making sure we found the perfect decor to match our vision. The items themselves were stunning and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We were truly impressed with the entire experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Smiths Party Hire to anyone planning an event!
We rented alot of items for our Wedding. They were quite on top of it. I made a lot of changes the whole time, and they were nice and professional about it. I returned my items today and unfortunately there were some items missing, still they were nice and professional. The fees all in all is quite affordable. Very happy with their service and the items we rented
The only place I will get party hire equipment ever. So I had a wedding to plan for a friend and So I did what everyone else does compared prices from 5 different places and by far Smiths Party Hire had everything I needed and more for half the price of the other Party Hire places in the area, that did not have half of what I needed. Thanks again for all the help putting together all that s needed for they.
We recently hired equipment from this company and found the process fast and convenient, which we appreciated. However, we did notice that the flowers on the backdrop weren’t clean, which detracted from the overall presentation.
Additionally, one of the cashiers could improve their customer service skills. It’s essential to have someone at the front desk who interacts rmly and professionally with ALL customers to create a welcoming experience.
Very friendly and helpful, they have everything for all your venue needs, and personally think they are the cheapest in the East Rand, have never been disappointed.

Service s quick and good, s just a bit disappointed with the chairs being very dirty when we collected, has to give them a good s. s just funny because of the strict policies on returning the goods in a clean state. Other that that the experience s smooth and their pricing is really good

Beautiful place for family outing delicious meal
The items are fairly priced and are as advertised. I found the service provided very poor, almost as if they were doing me a favour. I sn’t aware till I s quoted that I had to provide my own transport, due to the company being at capacity that weekend, and when I probed about alternatives, they said they could just send my money back and asked for my bank details. It s also not explained that I s expected to sh the clothes before returning, to which I’ve had to pay an extra amount. Like I sn’t handled well as a customer using a service personally.
