We had the absolute best experience with Criore for our wedding! From the very beginning, they took all my ideas, inspiration and little details I had envisioned and brought them to life more beautifully than I could have imagined. The décor, flowers and stationery were all perfectly aligned and thoughtfully executed — everything felt cohesive, elegant and truly “us.”
A very special thank you to Suné for her incredible service. She s always so friendly, professional and kind, and consistently willing to answer questions or offer guidance whenever I needed it. No request s ever too small, and she made the entire process feel calm and stress-free.
I am beyond grateful for the care, creativity and dedication Criore put into our special day. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to any bride looking for a team that truly listens and delivers excellence.

My husband and I got married on the 25th of July of this year and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Criore! Suné and Juané were there to guide us from beginning to end.
Suné even ed me and informed me, the night before the wedding to let me know that she managed to get me a flower that I originally mentioned in our mock up- even though it sn't in season. Their team really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and well informed along the y.
I can't express how thankful we are to have worked with such an awesome group of people.

My husband and I got married on the 30th of October 2023. We got Sune from Criore to do our decor and she did an amazing job. The decor looked absolutely stunning and we loved it! Thank you to Criore for providing such excellent service and for being apart of our special day.

We hired vases , table numbers and flowers for our wedding. There s a bit of a hiccup up with the bridal flowers which s sorted quickly which we appreciated.
Communication pre the event s great, I would have given 4 stars but because of poor communication afterwards I have to give 3 stars. There s no closing statement to confirm the amount of damages and any funds due back if any. It left us feeling like the priority is to get business hence the good communication at the start. It’s 3 months post the wedding and we have no idea about the deposit we put down.

Sune is trying to harrass and bully us into changing the review, going as far as threatening us with legal action! The absence of other not so positive reviews makes us wonder why that is based on how we are now being harassed.
Nothing seems to be their fault. We were told we did not check our , not once did they think maybe it’s their system? If they sent an and did not recieve a response why did they not take the initiative to send on as they do with everything else?! Why the sudden desire to communicate the post event report via after the review?
Please, if you nt professionalism, not harassment. I would consider a different company.
To elaborate in terms of bad communication since we have been accused of being liars;
I confirmed the type of bouquet I nted on 30th of June and on collecting the flowers the bouquet s totally different. I appreciate that this s rectified promptly as initially mentioned.
After the wedding we were urgently asked about vases they said they couldn’t find, we confirmed where they were placed and what they were wrapped with and got no response. Because of the urgency of needing the vases we thought to touch base and check if they had been found , this s on the 29th of August and we asked again on the 2nd of September but then got a reply only on the 9th confirming they had been found.
The contract states a statement of account/ deposit will be given a month after the wedding. We got married on the 24th of August and have not yet received a statement of account despite chasing and chasing. If there s any oustanding bill why didnt they chase us? Instead it is us who chased them to issue us with a final report.
We chased on the 17th of October which s the last time chasing and after we published the review we were told the statement s sent on 4th of October (y past what the contract says ) . We obviously did not receive the statement cause we otherwise would not have chased on the 17th. They responded on the 17th of October saying they will get the statement to us, but they never did!
The interaction since first publishing the review has absolutely left a sour test in our mouths. To us it s simple, you are chasing for a statement ( on ) it means you did not receive it , i’ll send again, in the meantime here is a screenshot and here are the values but nothing until our review. All invoices we received fine on gmail, we paid promptly, all we nted s a statement to close what had been a good working relationship . Up until my honest review Sune has threatened us with legal action accusing us of lying on her company. She mentioned to us after the review that she had written off the charges because she thought we were good people. This s never once communicated to us until the review (why is that)?
If you have taken a deposit from somebody, you communicate these were the charges this is how much I am returning to you or this is how much you owe me, it statement of account or invoice update ‘whatever’ the principle is the same!
This company seems to thrive on manipulating and strong arming clients for 5 star review!

Criore did the decor and flowers for our wedding and we just nted to say thank you so so much for all the hard work and attention to detail.
It looked magical and we got so many compliments 😍😍 it matched our vision to the tee and even surpassed our expectations 🥰
