I would 110% recommend them to hire a jumping/tter slide. They were so professional and helpful from booking to delivery and collection. Thank you 123 Jumping Castel 4 making the kids day extra special. Best service ever keep up the good work 👏
I contacted 123 Jumping Castles rather close to the event that I s lending a helping hand to put together and they were so accommodating. The person i liaised with via their business account s so polite, helpful and understanding. The booking of the jumping castle and the tables, chairs, tablecloths etc. s stress free, quick and effortless! They do offer delivery and pickup of their goods so that helps a lot. I s so happy with the look of the decor setup and the kids loved the jumping castle. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends as they are an absolute pleasure to deal with and their goods and services are fantastic!! They certainly helped to add a touch of glam to the party and all the kids and adults were so impressed!!
We order a jumping castle for tays birthday party on the 6th December. Never received the jumping castle s promised a refund and still to date nothing! I have always supported them Nd now your service is shit!! 123 Jumping Castle I nt my money, we and send messages and it's just empty promises!!!
I would not recommend 123 Jumping castles... No communication about delivery time I had to many times... Then arrived with the wrong one... Which we couldn't use due to safety reasons....

I then tried to contact the owner but no answer until the next day.... Got a hold of Erica the owner.. She apologized and promised a refund, said that that is not how they do business... Which I respected... But after the no response to s or messages... And still no refund after almost 2 weeks...
Really wouldn't use their services... And have kiddies completely disappointed at an event they should enjoy...

After Delivering 4 hours after promised time just to get to the kiddies party noticed that the wrong one s supplied no feedback or communication or answering of s to sort out the problem.

I hired a large ter slide for my son's birthday and s very impressed with the service, pricing and slide. Plus the delivery guys were quick and friendly. Highly recommend!
DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!
DO NOT use these clowns. Booked a jumping castle on the 8th of August and received confirmation.
Today comes and they were supposed to be here at 8:30. When I ed, they said the guy is around the corner and will be there any minute. We ited until 9:30 still no delivery and I got told they will be here soon as they are coming from Brakpan (which is about 10 minutes away). 10:00 comes, STILL NO DELIVERY.
My s were then declined and messages were ignored. Still no response.
If I could give a 0 rating, I would.
Absolutely shocking service.
Very pathetic service, ordered a jumping castle for the 6th of december, it never arrived, asked for a refund and apparently the manager has been on leave until now.. So no refund and constant excuses, would not recommend them
123 Jumping Castles did a amazing job. We rented a castle s delivered on Thursday. Saturday we saw a little smaller as what we thought, d last minute and ask for another one. (Did not expected to be able to assit) Within a hour they delivered and even set it up for us. Thank you for this great service.
