I am still iting for my order that the Operation Manager/Owner of this company promised to fix. Totally unacceptable that he sends me a long explanation about his efforts but still do not deliver.I have sent a mail again yesterday still no response.

I placed and order in April for a jumping castle that s supposedly going to be done by June. Since then i have been hanging on promises and excuses of either some manager would me, there s a delay with the material from China, staff stealing or i will be getting my order soon. I have to keep following up as they don’t have any decency to communicate with their clients first. I am really appalled with the y this company is conducting its business and painfully i fully paid up for my order. I guess from what i see on new reviews i should consider opening a fraudulent case against them.

I would never recommend them to anyone especially if you own a jumping castle business, you will be assisted so nicely when they nt you to buy they products and so keen to give you invoice and put pressure on you for full payment, once paid good luck! There will be excuses and excuses about delays and you might not get your product!
