It's a good place to visit especially if you have kids. We had lunch at the Barn restaurant, the food s great, ordered steak and chips, the sauce s yummy and I loved the avocado slice on top and the steak s delicious. Would suggest that you reserve a table at the restaurant beforehand as it gets full. Definitely worth another visit.
s a really lovely experience at the deck, first time visit. Food s lovely and beautifully prepared. If you going during a busy period always make a reservation. Can be pricey as well. There are 3 different restaurants and does get busy.
I have loved coming here since my kids were small and they are now grown up. It is a lovely outing to get something to eat and take a stroll around the property. There is also a fully stocked deli. You really feel as if you have left the city.
Absolute jewel to get out of the house. Take a nice stroll through the farm on nicely paved paths. Enjoy close encounter with the young calves. See chickens and their little ones lking and scratching in the gardens and the cows in the fields. Then when you done lking, take a seat and enjoy a delightful meal at The Deck or the other eatery. On your y to your car, stop at The Deli for some fresh milk and other dairy products, jams, freshly baked goods and a lot more. The perfect "get-out-of-the-house" place for the day with the whole family
There is so much to do here. It's a dairy farm converted to a family spot for kids to play and feel like they're on a large farm while in the middle-aged of the city.
We had our business lunch here after an Amazing race team build.
Absolutely super.
Nice relaxed lk on a functioning farm. See the cows, chickens and ducks. 2 restaurants on site. A deli to purchase milk, yogurt, pies, ice cream and much more. Beautiful gardens to relax in under the trees. They just planted over 100 rose busses so excited to see them all in flower. Kids play areas
I ordered a chicken souvlaki bowl and s Very impressed. The chicken s tender and flavorful, and the Greek-style salad s fresh. The tzatziki dip on the side added a lovely touch. The portions were generous and reasonably priced…I couldn't finish it all! Our itress, Jeanette, s a star; she s friendly, professional, and ensured my gluten-free order s prepared correctly by the kitchen. Lovely experience all around!
We visited The Barn Restaurant for breakfast, food s good. Service from Hilda s great. Enjoyable day out, lovely setting. The deli offers a variety of items from the farm too.
What a refreshing outing! Irene Farm is a standout 'farm in the city' experience. It's the perfect blend of exercise and relaxation: we enjoyed long, beautiful lks on the pathways, plenty of green scenery, and charming encounters with the farm animals. The kids' playground is a major win! Lunch at the restaurant s worth the little it—a great, diverse menu to please everyone. The farm shop has lovely, fresh options, though they come at a premium. Definitely a unique and wholesome y to spend a day!
