My saviour in need! Indeed! Thanks alot! Who wouldve thought one will need a mask for a ball this time of the year? Apart from kiddies masks I could not find a mask anywhere but luckily I remembered that A-Z party hire does not only hire party stuff but also sell party stuff and wow!, what a variety they had. While I s there I also stocked up on some baking supplies too.
Also very patient when a bride couldnt make up her mind to go for gold or rose gold with the accesories for the tables. Thank you once again, especially for today. Well.... everytime actually

Their service not great at all in terms of refunds the worst service providers over charging customer's.

So disappointed!
They were late because they over booked 2 deliveries same time. Then they blamed it on their poor driver. THEN it took 2weeks for my deposit refund.
BTW there are cheaper places for y better service

I loved the service most of all. They were excellent. And the Kids had a blast. Would definitely recommend to anyone nting to hire jumping castles.

So disappointing. The docked my deposit because they turned up to collect the item at the venue on a day when it s closed. Suggest avoiding them.

The worst service I have ever received!
They take forever to respond when you enquire about something. They have no ideas what is going on in their own business! I dropped off equipment the Monday only for them to l me "no but it has already been collected" how can something be collected if I still have it?
They are taking 6 weeks to pay or should I say to decide to refund my breakage fee!
I will never hire from them again.
