This is the second time we’ve hired a jumping castle from Bingo’s Bouncy Castles, and once again we’ve been extremely happy with the experience. The castle delivered s very clean, in excellent condition, and the motor s strong and reliable. It stayed fully inflated the entire time with no leaks, even with multiple kids playing on it at once. The children had an absolute blast!
The service s exceptional from start to finish. Although we only paid for a one-day hire over the weekend, they kindly delivered the castle on Friday morning and only collected it on Monday around midday, which meant we essentially had the whole weekend to enjoy it. That level of generosity and customer care really stood out.
The team s incredibly friendly, responsive, and attentive. They even responded after hours and were very accommodating with our requests. The delivery staff were polite and respectful, happily repositioned the castle when we asked, brought covers to protect it from weekend rain, and even supplied extra extension cords when our power points were far away.
Overall, a fantastic service with great quality equipment and wonderful customer care. I would highly recommend Bingo’s Bouncy Castles and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Horrible experience with this company today.
They were were an hour late.
The disco speaker s flat and they did not have the required charging equipment to charge it, we had to make a plan for them. The speaker s very soft once we got it working.
The disco light s barely working - see actual photo’s of how it looked inside the “disco dome”.
Sent a video to them to show them my concerns but they were of the opinion that everything is 100%.
I am not the type of person that gives negative reviews online but it s a truly disappointing experience and definitely not worth it - What a rip-off
