I recently celebrated my birthday at The Garden Venue Hotel, and the experience s truly wonderful. Our event coordinator s very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event.
Kgomotso is truly a blessing to many of us. When the event had just started, I received some very sad news from home about someone close to me. Kgomotso came to me, gave me a rm hug, and comforted me. In that moment, I felt supported and much better. That kindness meant so much to me.
The décor s absolutely stunning, and the food s delicious.
Thank you to The Garden Venue Hotel for employing people with such kind and caring hearts. We will definitely be coming back to host more events in the future.

I recently celebrated a milestone my 50th birthday birthday at The Garden Venue 22 Feb 2026, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The food s fresh, tasteful, and perfectly presented, adding to the elegance of my venue The Pepper tree (intimate). The staff were attentive starting from the first day when i went to view the venue (Stella Khumalo) s amazing in showing me around. On the day of the event, Ausi Kgomotso and her team ensured my guests were always comfortable, drinks , bar .... For that I am eternally grateful for everything the team did for me. We hosted our baby shower at The Garden Venue and were truly impressed by how beautifully everything came together. The food s fresh, flavourful and well-prepared, and our guests could not stop complimenting the variety. I sn't available to plan my wedding but our consultant Jane went all out for me. My husband sn't much help but this lady made me know this venue s for me. Location s easy and not far for most deliveries. The venue s a breath of fresh air. Majestic trees well kept gardens 😍. The shower in my room s exquisite. Very beautiful tiling. Thank you Jane and my coordinator Munya who made my dream wedding come true.

I hosted my wedding on the 8th of January 2026 when I started the journey, i s met By Viola who s very helpful and exceptional she treated us like family she is really good at her job she made us Feel at home and then as the planning advanced. We met Lydia ,she s also great Made sure that we had everything that we needed checked upon us, ed upon us, supported us emotionally which s really great.
I'm grateful for the experience I had at the venue and they made my dream wedding come true with the service that is exceptional and my Chaperone Thando who s also very brilliant made me calm On my day she really handled me very well.
I recommend this venue any day anytime it is beautiful and my wedding s on the Elephant venue ,which s beautiful they executed everything that I nted the y I nted it they were able to help me realize my dream and even more went even beyond , I can't complain about anything the food s delicious, the DJ s great the deco s beautiful executed to my my liking.
