Huge thank you to the Printing Press team for assisting me with a last minute bulk packaging order. The team could not have been friendlier. They managed to assist me on my timeline and the result s amazing. Would highly recommend!
Today, 14 November 2025 s my second visit to this store. At the outset I must say I s happy with the printing. However, prior to my arrival,I ed ahead for a quote on single sided printing. I s happy with the price. I proceeded to the shop in peak hour traffic. When I got there I s approached in an unfriendly, brusque manner by your staff member who sits to the left of the reception. After he looked at an , , I s summarily informed in an equally dismissive manner that it could not be printed. I felt like I s at the gallows and receiving a punishment. No attempt by him to make any suggestions of how I could get this done. Just an argumentative diatribe of what could NOT be done. Dude, I know it s Friday but I specifically ed ahead to enquire if it could be done. After being screamed at I meekly and in my smallest voice, so not to aggravate him further, informed him that I had the flash drive with me. He reluctantly took it from me and the documents were printed. He charged me double the price which the other guy quoted on the , which added insult to injury. This could have been done in a more pleasant manner. To the owner-This person does your company a disservice in my humble opinion. He is rude and dismissive. I wish I didn't encounter him today. Also, don't give us a quote on the and charge double when we get there. Never again.

I s looking for post-its and tried my luck at Printing Press. They didn't have but gave me an alternative flashcard type product on the house! Very impressed with the friendliness & customer service :)
As a business and privately we have been using this company for many years. They are very affordable, communicate well and other than Kevin our go to guy the team are really impressive. This company produces ter proof outdoor signage, invoice and PO books and their work is immaculate. I strongly recommend supporting this local business over larger corporate.

Your experience of this place will really depend on who serves you at the counter. One guy is lovely. One guy treats customers as if they’re an irritating interruption into his day. 5 stars for the first guy, 1 star for the second.

Update: thanks to the owner for the reply. It sn’t just one bad day, I’ve had a few encounters with the particular employee who I found to be brusque or downright rude each time.
