Dealt with this company for renting a Jumping castle on the 30th of November for a “Friendsgiving” party we were hosting. They tried to short us by giving it to us for a quarter of the time we had paid for. R800 for an entire day, 30th which s indicated on the invoice. I had fought to get them to give it to us for the day (as is the standard from multiple companies we have used, drop off early and pick up next day or the Monday). They dropped it off shortly after the , to their credit. Later they then arrived without us knowing while the kids were still playing on it, packed it up and took away. Kim suggested that we can keep it for a bit and her drivers can it until its finished being used. Without any regard for the drivers time. She doesn't understand hosting or basic decency if she expects us to feel comfortable with people iting for us in our driveway.
With how the company operates form our experience, I would be careful, they will charge you a full day rental for a quarter of the time. Kim had no idea how to deal with the situation. She persisted to argue ephonically while my wife and I were still entertaining our friends and kids. My experience s less than satisfactory, I would recommend using a concrete slab as a jumping castle before this company. Totally oblivious to customers and staff needs. Hugely unprofessional.
The only good thing about the company is their drivers.

Horrendous. Please do not use this company!
I got the giant 3 lane slide, which cost R5050.00. It arrived 2 hours late. They only supplied one person to set it up, thank goodness I s at a cricket pitch where we could get another 5 dads to set it up, which took another 30 minutes.
The extension cable had been ripped and had live wires exposed we needed to provide our own. It s just a mess, and the company s useless to deal with.
Trust me as a parent, you don't nt to use Smart Inflatables.

I dealt with Kim and she s helping and professional from the time I made contact till the jumping castle s collected from my home. Refreshing to have such great service from start to end. Thank you for the pain free service it s honestly such an absolute pleasure dealing with Smart Inflatables. I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend you.

This is my second time using Smart Inflatables and I highly recommend their services. The jumping castles they delivered were in excellent condition, and looked exactly like the photos. Communication s excellent AND they were very well priced!
