Thomas is the best saxophone teacher I've ever had, not only because he taught me skill or expertise, but because he taught me to love music again. I came to Thomas with a Grade 8 in classical saxophone looking to learn more about jazz. I didn't think I s far behind in my learning because I'd taken music as a subject in school but Thomas showed me a whole new side to music I never even knew existed. I am so grateful to have had a teacher who is always expanding your thinking through new musical ideas and techniques; pushes you to nt to improve and truly cares about his students. And besides, the teacher that inspires their students to nt to go home, practice and continue playing and loving music is the best influence one can ask for.
