Be very careful. Seems amazing on social media. Poor communication and zero professionalism. Agreed to do my daughter’s party, ignored s and s, then pulled out at the last minute. leaving us to scramble for alternatives. Would not recommend them. Did not even apologise.

I cannot comment on what the experience is like dealing with this company when trying to organize an event... But I will update my review when I do have the pleasure in doing so in the future.
I speak from a "participants" point of view having just yesterday witnessed what awesome work they do. My family attended a kids birthday party at Wynberg Park that s in part organized by Limitless Events. I must say, this s probably the most fun kids party I've been to and I hear this is even organized for adults!

The park s set up with a course, like military style with tires, a net to army crawl under, rope climbing, archery, etc. The session s filled with challenging activities, pitting one team against another lead by the instructor/drill sergeant. A fast paced and exciting Obstacle Course, Tug of r, ter Balloons and Nerf Gun battles followed by promise of rewards and a decent gift bag for the players to take home after as a souvenir.
The adults didn't get much involved but it s loads of fun tching and cheering the kids on, compared to the usual kids party where we just stand around and talk while the kids are on the jumping castle... this s unique and exciting. Plus my kids needed the exercise and time away from their devices :) It s unexpected and welcomed so much so that I would not mind arranging one of these parties for my kids in the future (or for us adults after I get fit).
Look the snacks, ter, gift bag is nothing fancy and you may lk away wondering if its worth the cost. I'm not sure how much edibles are included in the package, but our host did have to bring her own extras to bulk up the party. That being said, the kids didn't come for the luxuries, I can buy them those myself... they came for a simple party, and left with a memorable fun experience that I'm sure we'll talk about for a long time. I think that made it worth it!
I do have a criticism though. I think the company should advertise such events, and more of the other great work you do a little more clearly. I tried searching for pics of this particular event but not much pops up... thus I had to leave you a review and pics to advertise for you :) It's well deserved, thanx for a great day guys.

Pretty products available, at a good price. Really helped with a lot of the headaches that comes naturally when planning an event. Just couldn't deal with the slow communication and the items that were collected a day late, but overall this company has a real service to offer their customers.

I attended a party previously where the decor s from Limitless, my friend had also bought the wikideal voucher, it comes with a themed backdrop, chairs, covers etc.
So looking at her event I really thought buying the voucher would make things so easy and affordable but the whole experience s so stressful.
They don't respond via or , there's no emergency number to contact over weekends if anything goes wrong or if you have questions about events on said weekend.
They also forgot to add the delivery of all items to their schedule and expected me to pick it up when an actual bakkie s required.
On inspecting the items, realized there's no backdrop stand to hang the backdrop which they just didn't bother informing me of, i guess everyone just has random backdrop stands in their homes these days :D what a joke
I don't have words for how unprofessional this experience s. If you can't service customers appropriately rather don't do it at all. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I met with Stacey at their offices 04 December 2020 and enquired about their services for my wedding. During my meeting with Stacey I got the impression she snt interested in my business; it s a very unfriendly welcome and meeting s probably 30min long. I previously met with 2 other event companies and our meetings were over an hour. She s all over the place; I had to guide meeting. She didnt even have a checklist; never asked me what my wedding colours were or what I dont like. She even answered her during the meeting. Up until today I never heard from her. Sent an to ask for the quote; no reply. Very bad customer service.
Will surely not be recommending anyone to use this company. I really had a very bad experience with Limitless events.

We ed Stacey and asked if we could contact her via because we are based abroad. Her immediate response s “no probs, I’m not that quick with my replies on , but pop me a message and we can chat”
It’s been four days and literally nothing back. If you don’t nt the business or you’re too busy, please have the common decency to say so.
We contacted an event company to alleviate the stress with organising an event, not add to it.
I can definitely not recommend Limitless events and party planners at all in any capacity. Truly unprofessional.

Event professionals, they went over and beyond our expectations. Rehana s accommodating and open to changes even at the very last minute. Her team did an amazing job in setting up for our event, guests were blown away!

They only communicate via . And 2 weeks later after sting your time on s back and forth they l you they are unable to do your event because they are too booked up.

Contacted them for a qoute and no response, clearly not interested in assisting or politely declining business
