This company only cares about money. From the start, I s told they don’t do collections over long weekends and that I had to return the rented items the Monday after our wedding. The problem s, we left for honeymoon on the Sunday. I s then told I could pay R1500 just for someone to open the shop on the Sunday so I could drop off the items. When I got there, no one s even there. I s told the person had gone out for a collection… but didn’t they say they don’t do collections over long weekends?
In the end, it cost me more to return the items than what I actually paid to rent them. Honestly, I could have bought and owned them for the final price.
I did get my deposit back, but the whole experience left a bad taste. I wouldn’t recommend them.
