Incredibly disappointed! 3rd time I make the mistake of ordering food from Sandwich Baron Midrand. Today, they send me a bacon avo and cheese sandwich. What a disappointment. I could choke on this. No butter on the bread, hardly any cheese and the avo could go another week before its ripe. They send me a new sandwich...just as bad. Ended up keeping this one as now im starving and pregnant!! Took them an hour to replace my first sandwich with one that's maybe 5% better. I got to me ICE cold. The cheese is rock hard now, still no butter in the bread. Bacon looks like it s cooked a week ago. And her response form the branch is that that is how they make their food.... not my first sandwich baron sandwich... by far the worst!
Placed an order online over 90min ago and still iting for delivery. Service is terrible. Contacted the branch and s told the order had left 30min ago. We are less than 3km away from the branch. On speaking to the manager she s extremely rude and unhelpful. Will never order from them again
There is always some issue at the Alberton branch. They either don't have bread or they can't make toasted sandwiches. We've been iting for 30 min for 3 toasted sandwiches and we are the only customers in store.

Placed an order at 11:35 online , after ing them 3 times the food s only delivered at 1:10pm after receiving please me's from the driver to get the address.
The food is always great however more than often the delivery during the lunch rush is poor at best, hour + it.
Your online ordering system is ancient and faulty. Takes money without processing orders, you can have multiple delivery accounts. It's bad.
But please correct your contact details. Your customers keep phoning me. And its not fare to them when your s dont work most of the time
The Best Chicken may sandwich ever you won't find better.
