I paid for one of PNet’s premium packages, which cost me a fortune — around R10,000. Their sales team s AMAZING right up until I signed the contract. After that, the service dropped to zero.
I ran one advert that produced absolutely no results, and then spent a year trying to get proper help or support from the company. Despite multiple attempts, I got nowhere.
In the end, I completely sted my money and my time.

I reported weeks ago regarding not being able to apply for jobs. I am still receiving a pop up message saying I need to complete my profile before completing an application and my profile is fully updated. Please help in this regard, it has been weeks now.

I am no longer able to apply for the past two weeks, I keep getting an error saying I need to complete my profile before I can apply, but my profile is complete 100% I even have a photo! I sent an and Rohan Adam’s closed my ticket without resolving my issue. What kind of job site is pnet becoming? You guys need to fix your bugs! Nxa!

The site is constantly informing you to update your profile, my profile is up to date, you cant apply to any positions until this matter is resolved. plus you never hear anything back

I would like to know why s the option to upload CV removed? It does not make sense to use old CV template that s uploaded long time ago and not allow or have an option to upload updated CV based job requirements.

Good morning, I've been struggling to apply for jobs for over 2 weeks now. I tab saying I should update my profile always pops up and my profile is complete.

I am not able to reset my password, it keeps talking about cookies and I have enabled them. Says it needs more cookis, where will I get them?

I have been using pnet for years but now when i try to apply it says update profe and my profile is updated and no missing fields but still i can't apply for jobs.

AI...answers the no problem but from there the just rings....no customer service...so easy for AI to send s for the past month and some odd but when u nt to speak to someone no one even answers the ...so what now...I suppose just move to another platform

I'm unable to apply for any positions because I must update my profile.I've done this a couple of times but had no luck.Roshan Adam closed my support ticket without fixing the problem.
