Jolene did an amazing job helping with my wedding arranging.
I had a destination wedding in Italy which had challenges due language barriers and not being able to see the venue.
There are so many decisions to be made and Jolene s supportive in making decisions especially around the colours and ideas for bridesmaids. She s a fantastic sounding board. She really helped make the process so much easier and help with all the steps needed.
She also connecting me with an amazing creative designer (Wendy) who helped with all my printing and made the process so much easier for me, especially given both Jolene’s and Wendy vast wedding experience.
I couldn't recommend Jolene and her company more. They're an absolute joy to work with.

Oh Happy Day s the best decision I ever made when it came to my children’s weddings They created a beautiful bush wedding for my daughter and hubby 4 years ago and outdid themselves. My son got married last weekend 14/2/2026 and once again they were UNBELIEVABLE! Nothing s too much trouble, from the little issues and silly questions to organising the entire day perfectly. We were so excited about using this company, an paid for the consultation where we felt as though our ideas of places were not looked in to an just one venue s discussed where the company had done several weddings. I understand this means they know the venue well but to just discount the places we had shown interest in s a bit disappointing. We then found our dream venue an wrote to the lady where she said she would look in to this and we have been ignored ever since. For a company with such a big reputation it's very dissappointing. After being ignored we reached out to other planners who were much more helpful and cooperative with us and happy to look in to all of our ideas. So before going for this company have a look around and see if another fits you best as this place s alot of money for not great customer service.

I have spoken to many people who rate these ladies as the best in the business .Their relationships with the venue owners is y beyond excellent.I have a visited many of their Cape wineland venues which provide the most beautiful settings, michelin 5 star menus and superb wines.

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Kate s throughout our wedding journey. She s genuinely an angel on earth. From the very beginning, she s kind, patient, calming, and made the entire planning process such a joyful and special experience for both my mom and I. Every meeting, every decision, every moment felt exciting instead of stressful because of her.
And then on our wedding day, the unimaginable happened - there s a fire at our venue. Within moments, everything changed. A completely new venue had to be arranged at the last minute, along with moving all the décor, coordinating the food, organising logistics, arranging rooms for our family, and managing absolute chaos behind the scenes.
Yet somehow, Kate handled it all with the most unbelievable grace and composure. My husband and I were never stressed because we knew Kate had everything under control. She protected our peace and allowed us to fully experience the joy of our wedding day despite everything happening around us.
To this day, we still feel like we had the most perfect wedding day - and that is entirely because of Kate. What she pulled off feels nothing short of miraculous. We will never stop being grateful to her for giving us the most beautiful memories of our lives.
Kate and Joe are absolute rockstars - truly angels on earth - and we will sing Oh Happy Day’s praises forever.
