Great accommodation, staff very kind and helpful, food lovely and menu varied.
Location s amazing and everything clean and tidy.
Will definitely recommend and will repeat our stay
We came here for breakfast after randomly selecting it from a list on google maps. Excellent service, great views, the breakfast s. FYI There's a 10% service charge, I know some people might have an issue with that. But we still tipped. Not much parking space available, but nothing to cry about.
Such a beautiful hotel, breathtaking! We visited the restaurant. Parking s a mission, but the food made up for it, so delicious just a bit pricey!
The place has breathtaking views. Upon arrival, you are met with the most pleasant staff, unmatched sea view and sea breeze. Beautiful area and room s with a stunning view, smelled like heaven, spacious and privacy guaranteed!
However it can use upgrade such as the bathroom window that couldn’t open , making it stuffy after steamy shower.
I would recommend it.
Staff ensured our room s tidy and fresh with towels always.
8.5 /10
Spa s lovely and blissful.
Staff met the standard. The couples package for full massage left one rejuvenated and feeling Anew. It s quite a pleasant treat! 10/10.
The restaurant staff s awesome and the food s very delicious. The hot beverages were the best. 10/10
Day 1 – Room 1 (Garden View)
The location and views are undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately, our stay s disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that since we booked through a different platform, we were assigned a smaller room that did not reflect the value of what we paid. It felt more like a budget, 1-star experience. Note we booked via booking.com.
Our room s located right next to the reception and guest lounge, which meant constant noise late into the night—far from the peaceful getaway we had hoped for. The bathroom s extremely cramped, with a toilet that seemed child-sized and a shower door that wouldn’t stay closed, causing ter to spill across the floor.
As for the “garden view” – it s more accurately a view of the parking area. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.
Day 2 – Room 5 (one floor above Room 1)
We had a similar experience to Day 1. The layout of the bathroom s extremely cramped — the toilet s so close to the basin that my average-sized boyfriend couldn’t even sit comfortably. He literally had to squeeze his legs together just to use it. Very poorly designed and definitely not what we expected for the price.
Day 3 – Room 9 (Sea Facing)
This room s absolutely beautiful and worth every cent! The views were stunning, and the entire space felt luxurious. The only issue s that the bathroom light switch sn’t working.
It does make me wonder why this level of service and quality sn’t offered from the start—right from when we made our booking online. Initially, we were told we had to pay extra for an upgrade to this room, which I declined. Thankfully, the manager s courteous and eventually ived the upgrade fee.
The rooms are simple and generally clean or as clean as the moist environment will allow. It is in need of a refit as the cupboards have started to blister. The location is superb, right on the beach and that just abut justifies the price. My biggest cause for complaint is that a 10% service charge is included in the restaurant bill, which I assumed would go to the staff and therefore did not tip only to later discover that this is not given to the staff as I expected and this seems disingenuous and deceitful. Add 10% to your prices, don’t lie to your customer.
All good and perfect. Would like of the spa can be open after hours to make use of when getting back at say 18h00
A hidden gem! The ambiance is peaceful and perfect for date night or brunch with friends. We had Prawns and Steak - both were cooked to perfection. Service s rm and attentive. Loved the beautiful view😍. Will definitely be returning
Booked for an event on the 25th of September 2025. Not only did we barely eat from the food we preordered, we also did not receive our drinks. Everything s removed before we barely had time to eat or drink for any of it
I also overpaid on my deposit and they are yet to refund me. My request is still iting somewhere between the GM and the MD to sign of my refund.
It sn't a good start, but that mistake s rectified, and my son enjoyed his birthday. I s skeptical about revisiting, but after how they handled the mistake they made, I'm definitely coming back. There's room for improvement, as some staff still need to work on how they react when a customer expresses unhappiness about the service. I didn't bother taking names because I didn't nt anyone to get in trouble. The food s 10/10, the atmosphere 10/10, but there's room for improvement in the service. We had a great time, and thank you so much for the 'happy birthday' treat for my little guy.
