Taryn is an incredibly talented events organiser and business owner. She is an absolute joy to work with, and the event she managed for us (170 people, corporate event) s the talk of our industry.
Her attention to detail and the finishing touches added the 'wow' to our event. The process s seamless and worry free, she came up with options, worked within a budget and communicated regularly throughout the planning stages. On the day and evening of the event she s on-site with her team ensuring the set-up s exactly as planned, and everything ran smoothly.
This event s in Cape town, but we plan to use Hot Shot events for other global events in different countries we will be hosting in the future. Absolutely amazing, I can't praise them enough!

From the word go I s met with utter professionalism. Their proposal at out first meeting s great - a detailed powerpoint, with visual aids, music and a link to all of the proposed decor elements.
The fact that a company would put in so much time and effort on a proposal s a huge selling point for me.
The day ran fantastically - everything s as promised. The LED screen s incredible and probably my favourite element of the event.
The food s delicious, dessert bar s so much more than I expected and decor s exactly what we nted.
