1️⃣ You can design your own quote online, and I can honestly say there were no hidden costs added as the big day approached. Most items are included from the start, which made budgeting so much easier. With other venues, the first quote often excludes essentials but the Eureka team’s cost estimates were transparent and accurate.
2️⃣ The entire planning process is exceptionally well-organised. You simply tick what you nt on a PDF, have two planning meetings, communicate with them via , and voilà your wedding day appears like magic!
3️⃣ The service is exceptional truly next-level. I love a business that delivers excellent service, and I have never experienced this level of professionalism and efficiency before.
4️⃣ The food is out of this world and every single guest agreed!
5️⃣ The management and staff are incredibly thoughtful, paying attention to even the smallest details. They noticed our parents had taken some of the drier pieces of gammon and quietly brought extra to our table. They even left some of our wedding cake in the honeymoon suite for us to enjoy the next day. 🥹🫶

My wife and I had our wedding here on 20 September 2025 and we could not have been happier. We had visited a couple of venues while touring to see which one s the best fit and finally settled on Eureka. It included almost everything we nted and excluded the things we nted to take care of ourselves anyways, what a bonus!
Lené s the first to meet up with us and she s nothing short of incredible! Kind, genuinely interested, friendly, professional. She explained every question and went through every detail. Another side note is that the day we did our tour s incredibly windy, yet, in all the areas that would be used for a wedding day, it s still apart from a light, refreshing breeze.
Mieke then met with us to go through the quotes and preparations. What an awesome person with a real passion for what she does. She's energetic, has awesome vision, and manages to encourage to try different things but not in a y that feels pushy.
The day s also top knotch. We honestly wouldn't have changed a thing. Every detail s considered and we sincerely felt like we were not involved in putting out any fires, in fact we don't even know if things went wrong because they were simply dealt with without us knowing. Anna s there to assist at every !
The accommodation s also lovely, having a really large room with all the amenities. Our only gripe s that the geyser sn't 100% but Mieke s quick to send someone to assist (within 5 mins at 8 the next morning!) and there s no hairdryer. Not dealbreakers considering there isn't a check out time, how good!?
I'd really recommend having your special day or function here. The views are impeccable, the reception hall and veranda are stunning, the staff are incredible. World class in every y!

My husband and I had the most perfect wedding day at Eureka!
Their incredible team made all of our dreams come true. I knew it would be tricky organizing a wedding in Cape Town while living in Joburg, but Mieke and her team made the process easy and fun. With everything being arranged in house, the process s effortless and efficient. From our pre-mock meeting, to the mock set up, to the big day, Eureka brought our vision to life even better than we could have imagined. The location and setting are wonderful, providing an exquisite backdrop for pictures, the venue is stunning, the team is kind, helpful and professional, and the food s absolutely delicious! All of our guests loved every minute of being there, and so did my husband and I. We are so grateful to the team at Eureka for bringing us our magical dream wedding, and we would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding or any other special event. Eureka is AMAZING!
After months of venue hunting for a corporate Gala event, I stumbled across Eureka via google.
A viewing s arranged and I fell in love.
Not only s the venue beautiful but so many other boxes were ticked – spotless bathrooms, a covered veranda (in case the weather didn’t play along) and enough capacity to host 200 people and still have a dancefloor.
The mouthwatering menu did not disappoint either – normally food items read well on menus but fall flat in reality – this s not the case with Eureka: the portion sizes were generous and the food s delicious! The Chef went out of her y for special meal requirements. A feast s served and people could not stop raving about how good the food s.
Although the venue and food are exceptional, without a doubt, the most impressive thing about Eureka is their team. I dealt predominantly with Lené - having someone friendly, kind AND super-efficient as a point of contact made ALL the difference. I really appreciated the patience and professionalism that s extended, not only by Lené but the entire Eureka team. Every person that I have dealt with s so lovely and accommodating – every single question I had s answered and not once did anyone express irritation or exasperation at my millions of questions or changes.
Unexpected situations were handled with calmness and ease.
As we have annual year end functions, I have dealt with many service providers, and the team at Eureka are by far the best team I have dealt with – the are experienced, efficient, patient and just genuinely wonderful people.
The care and pride taken in the service delivered, the aesthetics of the venue, and the preparation of delicious food makes Eureka the perfect venue – I would highly recommend them!

Mieke and her team are absolutely phenomenal! It s initially daunting to think that we would be planning our wedding in Cape Town from Jhb.
Each part of the process deserves seperate recognition.
The quotation and costing- the online quoting process s so comprehensive. It helped us with detailed budgeting early on, and even though we asked for a few extras later on in the process, the costing s extremely transparent.
The decor - the planning document s so detailed! On our end, we just had to concentrate on making sure our vision document s comprehensive enough. Only 1 in person mock up session s required, and it s exactly what we nted.
The flowers - you have to trust this team! Once they have your colour palette, the types of flowers you like and the flower arrangements you'd like, you don't need to detail it any further. I s absolutely blown away by my bouquet, and our flowers for our ceremony and reception were stunning.
The cake - this s a special request from us, we knew we were being a little "extra" asking for a spinach and feta quiche cake. It s absolutely beautiful, and tasted divine!
The food - our guests can't stop talking about the food, the Canapés and reception menu were delicious!
The lights and venue - the photos don't do it justice, you will lk in for a viewing and know instantly that this is where you nt to say "I do:
Service- the iters, bartenders and kitchen staff were on point. No guests struggled to get a drink and food s served hot to the tables
The finance team - great communication, excellent recons and a quick refund of deposit. There were no surprises on our bill, outside a couple of breakage items which s nothing more than evidence of a great night.
Ad hoc requests were no issue, and the brief s followed perfectly.
We had a fantastic wedding, our guests can't stop talking about it, the venue and the food!
