Their products are overpriced and the quality is terrible. The service s even worse – the lady working there s rude and completely unhelpful. After I raised my concerns, they simply stopped replying and offered no assistance with my complaint.
For what you pay, you’d expect much better service and products. I will never use them again – save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing service. ALL staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped me last minute and came to my rescue with a smile. The work they did s exceptional. Will only be using them in the future! Phenomenal 11/10. 😊 very happy customer

Extremely unreasonable pricing, poor quality, and unprofessional service:
I am disappointed to say the least. The service at Fabulous Party is terrible. The lady who “helped” me showed poor customer service and zero accountability.
I ordered ter bottle stickers for a birthday party and sent through a clear design and request: logo in front, pink background around the rest of the bottle. What I received s nothing close — the colour s so faded it looked white, and the design s stretched around the sticker.
When I raised my concerns, instead of acknowledging the issue, both the owner and ler gaslit me by blaming my design. They admitted they usually “darken” designs for print quality but never advised me of this upfront. Their printers also apparently “just print whatever is sent” without checking or communicating issues — which is shocking.
In the end, they offered no apology, no solution, no discount, and definitely no refund. To make matters worse, I paid a fortune, including R150 courier fees, for 5 sheets of paper that apparently come from Cape Town and I still have to collect it from the store myself. Extremely unreasonable pricing, poor quality, and unprofessional service.
For a business claiming over 10 years of experience but sitting with mostly 1-star ratings, this is a serious for introspection. I regret ever supporting this store — they sted both my money and time.

Absolutely pathetic. The owner is rude. She writes and responds to her own reviews she made about her own shop (confirmed by the staff). How daft do you think people are when you go and edit 5 reviews minutes from each other. Embarrassing to say the least. Maybe fix your attitude

Absolutely rude!!!! You in to get pricing, then they expect you to drive 2 hours to view it, or they can quote for an extra fee even though it is oublickly in store? Clearly not knowing section 48 of the CPA, then they go as far as blocking your number on ? No idea how they are still in business with this attitude, on top of that when you they get annoyed and just drop the in your ear! We are here to give you our money for goods, change your attitudes!!!!! 100% will never recommend them

Do not use this store!! rning!! I went for balloons for a function for a charity, asked for balloon sticks for the balloons I purchased (48) lady said she’d give me 50, when I got home there were 70 balloon sticks, which I s charged for. They will not give me a refund or acknowledge it s their mistake. Also no itemized billing on cash receipt so you have no idea what is what… very poor customer service. I will not go back

What a rip off! I took balloons to this party shop to blow up. I s told that they can’t use the balloons I bought from another place because it won’t work with the helium. So they only blew up the number one that I bought and then I had to buy 6 balloons from them. They charged me R515 just for that. Rather go to Cardies, they did balloons for me the other day where I bought everything from them, they put gel inside the balloons to last longer and I only paid R300

Contacted this shop via as they have that option, to get pricing on party goods. They take forever to respond and then ask you to come into their store. Why bother with having a chat if you cannot help?
