I recently attended a masked ball organized by Epic Escapades, and the experience s outstanding. The staff were exceptional in their communication and handling of arrangements leading up to the event. They were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive. The food s delicious and well-presented, adding a touch of elegance to the evening. The idea for the masked ball s creative and brought a delightful sense of mystery and excitement to the event.
The Masquerade ball s amazing! The food and drink never ran out, the music and atmosphere s perfect. I do think there could have been more lighting outside, with more guidance to the correct venue.
All in all, I had a wonderful time and I cannot it until the next one!
It s great but I'd like to suggest a few things. 1. Maybe more decor in the venue. It still had a "lapa" vibe rather than a ballroom. 2. Please enforce masks if it is a masked ball, at least initially. 3. Please more inclusive music selection/more demographically varied. 4. More variety of alcohol: we were surprised to not find Gin or other white spirits. 5. It s hard to find, please use GPS and/or clear large illuminated signs with clear driving instructions/maps on the invite. We were directed incorrectly by the other party down the road. 6. Diet. There were some vegans/Suddha type diet persons there including us. Please do not put animal products in contact with veg foods. Maybe ask for dietary requirements on the invites (Kosher, Halaal, Suddha, Vegan, Vegetarian (not the same as vegan) etc and separate them on the tables by type). Also lable the food tables. Other than that, I would return if you ran it again with less cultural specific biases and more inclusive.

After consultation with us to find out what is my budget and what we would like to do, they arranged very comfortable and affordable accommodation in Pretoria North, which included breakfast and dinner,
Also, they arranged for zoo entry for us, which s a good excursion for us.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking at a weekend away.
