I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service s extremely slow and unprofessional, we ited far too long just to place our order, and the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive the entire time. When the food finally arrived, it s undercooked and completely unacceptable
We used to love this place before all because of the service we got from bar man( Bongani)..the one you have currently doesn't even greet customers or even smile.when u order its like you bordering him. As for itress they great no complain
The food at bubbles is terrible and also bad customer service, the ladies in the kitchen are sooooooo rude , I don't recommend this place for anyone.
If it s for me, i would rate this zero star. The place is okay but hospitality and customer service, is nowhere to be found!! From the manager, the DJ and the bouncers. This incident took place on the 1st of April 2023🤟 Part 2 is coming!!
Themba the manager, s very rude to me after I got hit by a TV or a it's a light that's supposed to be there where the picture indicates, he said accidents happen n I'm giving him attitude when I told him I got hurt. I'm not sure where the head office is but with a doctors note I'm taking this further!
Ugly food, don't ste your money on this place.
This venue bullies the local residents with their loud music. Situated within a residential area one has to wonder how legal this entertainment business is.
The food s uncooked and the itress s extremely rude

I'm only giving it 3 stars since I only saw it from outside... I didn't nt to not say ... Akusekuhle lapha.... Definitely on my list
