Professional and accommodating are the two words that come to mind when dealing with Connection House. After sending a quote for a stage a week before the event, I s put in touch with Nana and she helped tremendously with sorting our organisation's request for a stage and set up on Sunday. This is the 2nd time we are using 10B's connection house and with each experience, it keeps getting better. Nana is an amazing boss and is always available and ready to cater to your needs. She knows each of her instruments and devices inside and out, therefore, she can easily advise for practicality what is the best option for your event. Which is something I appreciate. Our venue had refused one of the equipment we hired from her, and she gave us a wonderful plan B and our event (a wedding) s a huge success. Special thanks to her setup team as well. They are very efficient and communicate with you before arrival and also explain to you thoroughly how to use the equipment even if you aren't present when they are setting up.
