Wonderful rm welcome...all staff so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast s great and nothing s too much for anyone...manager hands on. Definitely would stay there again.

Great central venue with friendly staff. Perfect for events with delegates from all over the globe.
What an amazing couples. Has everything here from coffee to gin. The best restaurants, cafes and theatres. Lovely staff working everywhere.
The customer service s excellent. Food and drinks were tasty. They do have room service and the it is comparatively better. My daughter loved her birthday cake,we went out for her birthday weekend. The rooms were clean. Kiddies pool available. Ample parking. There are Golf carts to go to the casino area for extensive dining experience. They also allow breakfast lk-ins,one does not have to sleep there to enjoy their breakfast😉

Great breakfast in the mornings, friendly staff and helpful, hotel is a bit old needs Abit update, specially the TV entertainment system (not much to tch, very old TV's) . Very chilled relaxed atmosphere . Room service s great. All and all we enjoyed it !! Will be back 🔙

It s amazing. Lay in the bath tching sport, excellent food and great friendly staff
The event s well coordinated and managed, and there s no nt for anything in addition.
In the conference room everything s well kept, worked and all needed s provided.
All amenities including The Pivot Hotel and Montecasino s very accessible and in short lking range.
The Hotel s really well kept and the rooms in top form.
The meals and snacks were all very good though marginally underwhelming.
The whole experience had a 5 star feel but there s something subtle lacking ... Affirming the 4,5 stars that I feel it earned.
I would definately recommend it.
