We used Muse decor for our wedding and would definitely recommend them for anyone organising a wedding or event around Cape Town. They have a fantastic range of furniture, linen and decor to hire and were very efficient on the day. We loved the final result and had lots of compliments on the beautiful table layout.

A little disappointed in the service... I really nted to use them for an event. After several days I got an where they ed me by a different name (Nay-dean, if you're also iting for a reply, I may have gotten yours) and then just dropped off the earth and never responded again. I didn't even manage to get a quote after they came highly recommended by a friend, and I followed up with them 3 times in the last 11 days. Maybe give them a instead of sending an .

We used Muse Event Company for our event. The setup and service on the day were good, and at first I s happy with the overall experience.
Unfortunately, afterwards I s informed that some vases were chipped. This s surprising, as I do not recall any damage during the evening. What raised concern is that the cost of the “damaged” vases came to the exact amount of my deposit. The chips also didn’t look like damage from bumping or shattering, but more like something that could have happened during handling or transport.
They also mentioned that they only inspect the vases once they are back at their offices, and not when collecting them from the venue. That makes it very difficult for a client to fairly confirm or dispute any claims of damage.
It’s disappointing, because the event itself went well, but this left a sour taste. I would advise future clients to be cautious and clear on deposit and breakage terms before booking.
