Wedding Bells Suit Hire

Today we went to sort out my brothers tux as well as the kids suits for the wedding. The older women and the younger girl who helped us s abit irratated and had abit of a attitude . Coming their felt like we were a nuisance . Sometimes when it comes to dealing with clients and kids they should have more patience and be abit friendlier.
I dont recommend this place service here sucks .

The booking system caught us unaware at first as most other shops you just lk in, but visiting the shop on my booking date I understood why you have to book. The staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable with the product. We hired on two occasions now and our son looked very handsome in two different style suits. The fit and alterations made were perfect. We will definitely use your services again.

Wedding Bells are the best . This is the 2nd time we have used them. Bianca remembered my teen boy from last year. How did she even recall that he nted to wear a pink shirt is priceless. That's how insanely great they are. He s set on a certain blue suit that he nted to wear for his cousin's wedding in Jhb. Well, Wedding Bells came through. This entire team are so good at choosing cuts and their friendly nature is incredible.

An awesome experience, really easy to make appt and find a beautiful fitting suit for my son. It s tweaked for him and he looked great. The consultant really listened to him and added a lot of advice, especially around the details - tie pin and tie colour. Highly recommend!

Wow what a gem this s to find! I am so happy that we did not go with the other suit hire places. We were wondering if it would worth the drive all the y from the north but it s. From the first moment we stepped into the store it s personalised service. Our consultant displayed a good understanding of body shapes and suit styles. She also knew her colours and skin tones too. They do minor alterations to ensure a good fit and they have a wide range of accessories. You can also include shirts and even shoes in your hire. A R100 deposit secures and then you just collect in time for your even. When we collected the suit s perfect dry cleaned. The shoes were sanitised and polished and all the accessories were ready to wear. My son loved his look and felt so comfortable in the outfit. We will most definitely be supporting this business again. Thank you to the team.

My son and I went to visit Wedding Bells with great trepidation to find a suit for the matric dance. We're not suit people and we were feeling a little awkward about the whole thing BUT we had an amazing experience. The staff were amazingly helpful and encouraging. My son looked fantastic!! Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately I cannot share the general experience of the other reviews for this business.
I booked a black suit which on fitting at home after collection on Fri 2nd Feb, had different shade of black pants and jacket. The finishing of the suit looked terrible.
I ed the day before the planned event to raise my complaints and s met with a very condescending and sarcastic "that's unfortunate and what would you like me to do".
I s advised at the fitting that there were 2 options of black suits but with my complaint I s then told I chose the "older" black range.
I had no alternative but to make a last minute alternative plan.
It's a disgrace that this s the quality I s made to believe s my problem for choosing.

Amazing service and they are very patient because suits were changed last minute but they were still very understanding. Very affordable. Definitely recommend this place for suit hiring for any event, they have all colours in different materials. Very professional services. We couldn't have chosen better!
