The communication during the booking and the interaction with the crew on board s professional, efficient and welcoming. The boat itself s beautifully kept and clean and the service s excellent. I felt like I could have been off any Mediterranean coastline...sipping bubbly and enjoying the view. Thank you for the most incredible experience. We will definitely be back!
Birthday Morning on the Enigma Cruise with my 2 stunning friends ,welcomed by a crew who were truly fantastic, rm, attentive and full of joy and energy..The ocean s calm the air fresh and then the magic happened when we witnessed dolphins 🐬 leapt alongside the boat ,playful and free.
I’ve always loved the ocean and sea life but this experience deepened my love even more.tching those dolphins reminded me how alive and extraordinary the sea really is..Surrounds by friends, the crews kindness, drinks flowing and the oceans wonders ,my birthday morning become unforgettable. I would definitely go again but would love to do the sunset cruise next time.💝🥹🌊🎂🥂👏🏼☀️
There are so many options for a boat tour at the terfront, but I went with this one given the number of outstanding reviews. Our experience s fine, but I would recommend arriving at the terfront earlier so you can check out other operators.
The price for the 60-minute cruise s R370, and you get a 10% discount if booking online. It is a slightly wrong incentive as booking with the operator on-site doesn’t qualify for the discount.
The catamaran itself s nice, with an upper deck, a front deck, and an interior/lower deck. Most people rushed for the front deck, but you are guaranteed to get wet. Our boat s departing at 11:30am but the music s y too loud at that time. I asked the gents to turn it down a notch, but his response s “upper deck guests won’t be able to hear it”. It sounded like speakers are needed on the upper deck, or the guests just need to make their y down to the lower deck.
One other thing the boat company can improve on is to provide some information on the sights that we are seeing. I s surprised that the crew didn’t know the information on a tall building near the pier.
We did see some dolphins swimming and seals lounging. The view of the terfront s magnificent, and you really get to appreciate the beauty that Cape Town has to offer. 60 minutes s the right amount of time…
It s a fantastic experience. I easily bought the tickets and instructions were clear for what time everything would happen. The crew s super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. They helped us take great photos with the incredible few of table mountain and made sure our glasses were full the wholetime. Thanks for the great experience, I will definitely book another trip in the future:)
We had an excellent time on the boat. Everything s very well organized, the departure s on time, and the safety instructions were clear.
The young man in charge of giving us the instructions and taking care of us s absolutely lovely and kind. He created a great atmosphere on board and even took photos of us, which we really appreciated.

super friendly very funny n s very respectful to my parents. Absolutely hands down the best guide we could have asked for. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the marine life and surroundings, but his passion for his work is contagious. He made sure we all were safe but having a great time.

What an incredible experience! We did the 1-hour speed boat tour from the V&A terfront and it s absolutely fantastic. Our driver s friendly, funny, and clearly knew his stuff — he took us out to see sea lions and dolphins up close, then around the cape for breathtaking views of Cape Town’s famous mountains and coastline. The real highlight s the thrill ride over the ves — fast, exciting, and so much fun! We felt completely safe and well looked after the whole time. Highly recommend this tour for thrill seekers or anyone nting a different y to see Cape Town!
We had a fantastic time doing the 1 hour ocean adventure tour.
It s on a rubber duck and pretty exhilarating, "racing" through the ter, wind in our hair.
The ocean s petty flat, which helped a lot. We got fairly close to Robin Island... well it s clearly visible.
I know this doesn't happen every time but we saw dolphins, seals eating squid (slapping it on the surface of the ter), 3 whales (!!) , and a few penguins.
The skipper s informative and we enjoyed his friendly style.
