We made use of their airport transfer service, they were punctual, polite and made our journey very pleasant. Thomas our driver s amazing, he is a friendly chap, doing what he needs to do in a professional manner, the y he drove through peak time traffic showed that he cares about his passengers.

I booked a Ulysses Shuttle to take me to the airport, it’s going to sound silly but I specifically requested a Mercedes when I s told they have a Mercedes E class which can be booked for an extra amount, as someone who doesn’t spend much time is these cars this s a treat and I opted to pay extra to be shuttled in the E Class. The Shuttle arrived and to my disappointment it arrived in the form of a Fortuner… not my kind of car, but hey I had to get to the airport and it’s better than an Uber.
Credit where credit is due, Sipho the driver s friendly and an extreme gentleman, loaded the bags and opened the door. If it sn’t for Sipho I would have scored this review much lower as I had paid extra for a car that I did not receive. #Disappointed

Update: Ulesses have reached out and offered a full refund or crediting me so my next journey will be a Mercedes, apparently they are getting a brand new E Class in November, I’m keen to see in in January

Ulysses chauffeur service to the airport is in a different category. Their vehicles are new, clean and safe. Their driver s well spoken, polite and professional and he arrived on time. Our journey to the airport s seamless, our driver obeyed all speed limits and traffic laws and we arrived at the airport relaxed and ready to enjoy our flight. Upon our return a week later, our driver and car s iting for us and we experienced the same professionalism and comfort on our return home. Well done guys!!

Ulysses Airport Shuttle - we're definitely going to use their services again. Easy booking process, availability for last-minute bookings is usually pretty good and the Customer Service - WOW! We had a delayed flight, they tracked it, communication s clear and ongoing, the driver ited, and it all made an unpleasant day a little more bearable. Thank you, Ulysses!!
