Die Plasie Hartbeespoort it s my first time to go there when meeting my brothers son he went there with a school trip from Free State place s very nice with animals and good stuff rm welcome guy's i wish you all the best
I loved every moment of the experience the host s exceptionally kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the horse riding and spotting different animals to the lovely experience of feeding the animals and also the friendly dogs.The accommodation is just comfortable and well appointed.this is truely the perfect spot if one nts rest and relaxation,thanks to the places peaceful and serene surrounding, absolutely recommended.
Lovely 😍 place to go to, a small secluded farm in Nort West not so far from Harties. The owner Tessa is a friendly lady. 👌 Kids can interact with different animals and feed them for R10 a cup of pellets. There is a portable pool and ter splash kids can play with. One can book into their self catering accommodation too. Broderstroom primary school is also not far from Die Plasie.
Kids have so much fun with the animals and outdoor activities. Place is clean and good for a weekend braai with family. Staff is rm and friendly. Not too far from Randburg. We will definitely be coming again for a family braai and kids outing.

Die plasie seemed like a great place to take your family away from the busy life, and I s very keen on the activities that were shown on pictures, however i arrived on Friday to the beautiful farm with NO activities other than zip line and feeding ducks and chickens. We planned a 3 day trip to Hartbeespoort, Friday s supposed to be enjoying all the amenities Die plasie offered while Saturday we booked for aerial cableway only to arrive and be told that the horse riding and ter features only operated on a Saturday, this is not specified on Agoda or their website. The owner s kind enough to switch on the ter features for 30 mins after I expressed that It s not stated anywhere. We were not aware of the 10pm curfew , once again not included in their description when booking We were asked a deposit prior to getting to the place, which s not a problem but I found it distasteful on how an inspection is conducted on your room before you get the deposit back, the manager/owner made sure to throw off all beddings to make sure there are noe stains They were a number of rules that were put throughout the room, Bathroom and toilet always speaking about breakage fees which made you uncomfortable, the worst rule which s unexplainable to a curious 7 year old s "keep love noises down" There s no plug point near the mirrors incase you nted to do your hair There s a shared geyser that resulted in you getting cold ter if another guest s opening the tap same time you were in the shower Bathroom windows seemed jammed shut, couldn't open it so a damp smell lingered when we entered the room We were not given a proper key to access the room, found ourselves locked out for approximately 20 mins, we d the owner and she arrived promptly. Also the pictures of the room and the actual room differ. Overall the place is beautiful but uncomfortable and inconvenient i didnt not feel like i s on holiday and disappointed as alot of things we looked forward to s not mentioned.I would not ever stay there again or recommend to my family or friends but I am sure there is a type of target audience that would enjoy it

A great place for kids, quite and relaxing. Kids enjoyed the petting zoo, horse rides and ter sprinkler park. The entrance hut however should be placed at the entrance of the park, so when people arrive they would be explained everything. It s very confusing. However a great day spent, and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you to the very friendly owners who made everyone be treated equally and feel welcomed.
A hidden Jewel for kids right next to Harties. Highly recommended for families. Loads of animals to feed.
We had a good experience and the services s every excellence. I highly recommend it children and it every family orientated.
