What an awesome and unique experience. From the quote right through till the last minute they dropped me at home the service s excellent, they were SO friendly and we had a lot of Laughs. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company
My driver didn’t show up at the scheduled time, there s zero proper communication, and then they tried to send another driver who nted to charge double the agreed price. After all that, I requested a refund — and it’s been **over two weeks** with no update, no follow-up, nothing.
The service s unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend QikTruck Logistics to anyone until they sort out their communication and refund processes.
Definitely a very good experience. Affordable and reliable. Communication s top notch and the helpers were so helpful. Staff s kind and friendly and really made our move much easier. Thank you guys.
They were very efficient, I needed an emergency move and they helped me that same day, whole moving process took 20 minutes or less and the movers were very friendly.
This is the second time I’ve used them. The first time they were late but the move went well. This time, they were 5 hours late & scratched my car with one of the items. Seems like they use external drivers so it depends on the driver you get on the day.
I don't recommend Qiktruck to customers because they don't have trucks what they do is to take requests and charge clients yet they don't even know how the job is done...they cause confusion between the customer and the moving company. If you nt to experience a smooth moving don't ever reach out to Qiktruck....be rned
Fair price for good service, its always hard to rate something like this as your driver won't be the same as mine. The admin s quick fair accommodating and helpful. My driver s on time polite and neat and communicated effectively.
From the start this s a nightmare. For a whole week they could not confirm if payment s received or not until 10min after confirmed time for pick-up they confirmed that payment s received.
The driver confirmed a time for 08:00 and only arrived 2 hours later after numerous s. Driver came with a lady to assist in carrying and loading the furniture.
Booking s made for a one and a half ton truck but driver came with a bakkie. Had to do 2 trips.
Will never make use of this company again.

I s very pleased with my experience with QikTruck Services. I highly recommend them. Good communication and the price s better than another competitor. Driver arrived exactly at the recommended time and helpers were very friendly and super helpful, followed instructions and my furniture s loaded and offloaded in a good manner.
I am thankful to the lady by the name of Pearl who s assisting me from day 1, she s amazing, everytime i urgently need to reschedule she s always understanding, polite and willing to help at anytime. She made what s a stressful and new process for us seem easy and smooth. Her customer service is top-notch, and there has never been a hurdle she haven’t been able to resolve even while she s not feeling well she promptly answered and solved my enquiries. She is a great asset to the company.
