I recently celebrated my birthday at The Garden Venue Hotel, and the experience s truly wonderful. Our event coordinator s very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event.
Kgomotso is truly a blessing to many of us. When the event had just started, I received some very sad news from home about someone close to me. Kgomotso came to me, gave me a rm hug, and comforted me. In that moment, I felt supported and much better. That kindness meant so much to me.
The décor s absolutely stunning, and the food s delicious.

The food s fresh, tasteful, and perfectly presented, adding to the elegance of my venue The Pepper tree (intimate). The staff were attentive starting from the first day when i went to view the venue (Stella Khumalo) s amazing in showing me around. On the day of the event, Ausi Kgomotso and her team ensured my guests were always comfortable, drinks , bar .... For that I am eternally grateful for everything the team did for me. I sn't available to plan my wedding but our consultant Jane went all out for me. My husband sn't much help but this lady made me know this venue s for me. Location s easy and not far for most deliveries. The venue s a breath of fresh air. Majestic trees well kept gardens 😍. The shower in my room s exquisite. Very beautiful tiling.
