We had a beautiful experience we love this place always recommending to our friends lovely iters lter and Phaphama We are like brand ambassadors here ..that's how much we love this place only today the bouncer Zado made us feel like criminals..told us to pay for the plate that broke by mistake..and didn't nkoe we olready orderd food and drinks s asking why we busy taking pictures..he made us feel uncomfortable. But we will still come back and bring more people buy he must respect customers irrespective of gender and colour

Unfortunately I had a bad experience because the staff tried to charge more than what we consumed. The music s good, but I wouldn’t go back. I suggest ordering and paying right away.

I just have a problem with this bouncer ed Zado or Zadio I am not sure....he's the rudest person you can ever get reason being we mistakenly broke a plate and he came lashing out on us ling us we are drunk....i mean is this how you approach a guest and he went 9n to shout at us saying we need to pay for the broken plates and insulted us .....we work in the restaurant industry and my understanding is if a guest breaks something it's not willingly and an honest mistake....m grateful for lter and our lovely iter Papama for drawing back from making hush comments on us......your business will suffer if you keep this kind of person in your shop.....we didn't fight so what s his business in making insults like that Zadio or Zado must be taught customer care because he clearly is not trained to help customers but to fight........not happy with him at all.....overall service food and atmosphere is very good

hookah is tasteless and 350R. Additionally they insist on adding the 10% service fee on the bill because “our iters dont get a salary here”. I always give tip but that is just blatantly outrageous. Avoid this scammy place!

My first time at Secret Euphoria Cape Town, Belinda welcomed me like I s a prominent person, the food s perfect, I got my favorite, shisha, and alcohol s served to me. I enjoyed my evening, and I recommend everyone visit this place. Customer service s excellent. I will definitely come back, especially for thier Ribs THANK YOU

Very nice place in the city centre of Cape Town. The main difference is the excellent, very polity and professional staff working there, especially Carlos who attended us. Food also very good and tasty. Recommended.
