They've got just about everything for a party, kiddies parties mainly; 'didn't see too much for grown-ups, but that could be because I chose to go'n look elsewhere after just a few turns in the first aisle:
"Excuse me..." 'cos I couldn't find a price for something that caught my fancy.
"I'm coming."
But she carried on with the manager, and together they did a right royal job of ignoring a customer and losing a sale.
We bought balloons for a child’s birthday party , we have a helium machine and when we tried to add helium into the balloons the morning of the party the foil balloon would not inflate , just to find out the actual balloon s not sealed properly so it kept deflating. Shocking , considering the price of the foil balloons , we essentially bought a sheet of foil. Tried to contact the store almost a week ago , still haven’t gotten a response.

Disappointed honestly, I bought balloons for R700 an hour ago as we speak four of them popped, the other one started leaking I had to use tape to seal the hole. The frustrating part is the person I’m doing this for is not even home yet🤦🏾♂️I look stupid. I tried rushing back there but it’s closed.

Disappointed bought balloons for fathers day guy on the floor picked up a best dad balloon and said it last 4 days. I insisted to get a new 1 blown brought it home and it fell flat. Not professional
Best customer service. The staff made me feel at home and went the extra mile to ensure I got what I came for
Unprofessional staff. Went to this store 20 minutes before closing to grab a card and the staff were sweeping and mopping on my feet with music blasting. Did not offer any assistance or even greet between all 4 or 5 staff members who were in the store.
The staff is brilliant with balloons! There’s a wide variety of items and they are of good quality. Keep up the good work!
