The booth itself s fun and guests enjoyed it, but we wouldn't recommend Moose Booths based on the overall vendor experience.
There s a lack of flexibility around booking times, which is often needed when planning a wedding.
Several guests commented that the operator’s demeanour during the formal proceedings felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Our digital gallery took over a month to become available (18 Dec wedding, received 20 Jan).
Most concerning, immediately after my wife left her 2-star review of their services our access to the online gallery s suspended. Thankfully we were prepared for this eventuality as this action s threatened to us over just over a week ago.
Do yourself a favour and use an alternate provider.

UPDATED - I am leaving this follow-up review to rn future customers based on what happened after I left my original, balanced review.
After receiving our wedding photos and leaving an honest review outlining our experience, the owner proceeded to delete our wedding photos from his system leaving us no access to our photos - which we have paid for. Thankfully, I downloaded them as I knew some level of pettiness would arise. Had we not done so immediately, our wedding photos would have been permanently lost.
This behaviour is disgusting and unprofessional. Wedding photos are irreplaceable, and no couple should ever have to worry that their memories could be deleted because a vendor disagrees with a review.
Inability to accept accountability from a bad review speaks volumes.

We booked this photo booth service for our wedding. While the booth itself s enjoyed by our guests, the overall experience around communication and professionalism s unfortunately disappointing.
I nt to acknowledge upfront that on the day of the wedding I s emotional and under a lot of pressure, which I think is fairly normal for a bride. I also fully accept responsibility for not completing the EFT payment earlier in the day as requested.
However, despite my apologies and explaining that I would make payment first thing the next morning, the operator insisted on immediate payment and stated he would not leave the premises until it s made.
During the evening, a number of our guests actually commented on the operator’s negative attitude and lack of engagement.
In the lead-up to the wedding, we experienced zero flexibility when requesting a small timing adjustment, even though this ultimately resulted in one hour of the booking going unused due to formalities.
After the wedding, we were told the photos would only be available after the festive period. When we followed up after that date, we were then told that no timeline could be provided. This s followed by a message that felt unnecessarily personal and unprofessional, including a threat by the owner himself to delete our photos rather than focusing on simply resolving the outstanding delivery.
I completely understand that businesses need to enforce payment policies and manage logistics. However, I believe this could have been done with professionalism and empathy, especially at a wedding, without adding extra stress or allowing the situation to escalate.
While the photo booth itself s a hit, due to the lack of flexibility, poor communication, and the y issues were handled before, during, and after the event, I wouldn’t recommend this service to couples looking for a calm, supportive, and professional vendor experience on (and before) their wedding day.

We hired the photo booth for a work function and it s amazing.
The service s great, being able to print out the photos as well as them is super convenient, especially when taking group photos, and the print outs are great quality.
Highly recommend for any kind of event, super fun and Moose Booth makes the process effortless.

We had moose photo booths at our wedding and we got great reviews from guests that it s one of our most fun features of the day. I liked that I could customize the border, that we could request more copies of printouts, and that we received access to all strips post. It s a lovely evening and I definitely recommend their services.

What's a great event without good memories? and what is a better y of capturing these moments than a funky photo booth. Moose Photo Booths honestly added that extra spark to my event. The attendant s absolutely amazing. I hired Moose Booth Photo for one of my friends parties, the set s wonderful. Plenty of unique and fun props, we also received our photo printouts on the day. s a spectacular y to capture this special day. I would recommend it to all my friends...
