Visited the venue yesterday to celebrate our annual family reunion. We have been exactly 2 years ago. No change whatsoever. The only thing enchanting s the lawns and of course the pool which I might add has a crack right around on the inside. We read in a previous review that the toilets were not functioning and enquired about it. We were told that it's now working but on arrival noted that it has not been fixed. There's no microwave the kettle is in a cupboard almost on the floor the cold ter tap in kitchen area not working and the overall feel and look of the inside supposed lounge area looks like stuff that has been salvaged from a yard sale. And of course almost drove past again although many visitors complained about poor signage at entrance. Nothing has been done about that either. Leaving the venue almost buggered my cars undercarriage because of the uneven ground. I can go on and on... I should think with the amount that they charge p day that they should at least make an effort to make the place feel and look more welcome

The bathroom facilities doesn't work. I s there 2 years ago and nothing has changed. It is nicely hidden but getting off the road onto the property is risky because of uneven terrain. If your not in a 4x4 or suv it could be damaging to your vehicle.

Lovely farm picnic wedding birthday venue.the owners are super great and very down to earth.we were there on the 31st Dec with Bernicia's group.we had a wonderful day. Thank you Enchanted Forest

What a beautiful resort the. We had such a blessed day the atmosphere s amazing the hospitality s amazing friendly and helpful. Thank you for having our congregation.

We had an absolute Blast beautiful outside Venue....This place is nice for a Lekker Kuier...easy...very nice people...we don't care about the bad reviews as our Needs s met...our Family will definitely make use of them again...

Regarding the negative review we received, one of the photos posted s not even of our guesthouse. Since that person has been here, all our other guests have only had good things to say about our guesthouse. Anyone is welcome to come and view our guesthouse before booking. We are happy to send you photos aswell. Our guests have said that they cannot believe someone could write such a nasty review . We have since then taken extra care and effort to ensure the cleanliness of the guesthouse is top notch.

Filthy and dilapidated. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't dig well enough into their reviews. They average a 1 on cleanliness , if I could rate into the negative, I think that would be more appropriate. Yes, they rate well on value for money as they can fit a hoard of people into terrible conditions, if you are enchanted by filth. The microwave stank so badly, I had to go outside as I almost threw up. The lls are soooo dirty! Absolutely disgusting. This property should be removed from every rental platform. We left shortly after arrival to more suitable accommodation.

The facilities really needs to be update the there’s no light where the toilets are toilets don’t flush , tap don’t work , no microwave in the sitting area , the big birds lking around there came very close to where the people are sitting looking for food which s very disturbing and scary also they pooped everywhere we needed to lk so we stepped in the poop the whole time , pool lls were very slimy not cleaned properly.

It is really an enchanting venue but more shade umbrellas can be put up especially if lunch is being served outside, the lack of shade s unpleasant even the cutlery s so hot we had to put it in a shady spot so that we could be able to use it later, but overall the venue s good
