I had a problem with my toilet and after reading all the positive reviews I thought this is the company to . First day I s told they would come to my place at about 15:00, never arrived. Second day I d, Ivan said they got busy and tried phoning me to explain (unfortunately I received no but gave them benefit of the doubt) Ivan said they would come to my house later that day. The agreed upon time came and no one arrived. I d Ivan again and he said he s going to make a plan. Not too long after Ivan arrived at my house, he said he is not a plumber but maybe he can have a look at the toilet, desperate to have the toilet work again I said sure have a look, Ivan kept saying he is not a plumber so he cannot guarantee that the toilet will work. I again gave them benefit of the doubt. Great, Ivan said it s not something major and he fixed it. We had a long conversation and I asked Ivan that seeing as he is not a plumber what do I do in the event that the toilet gives me trouble again, he replied confidently that if there are any issues in the first 3 months that they will come back and sort it out for me and this time he will bring the plumber. I agreed, said thanks and paid Ivan the fee charged although he is not a plumber, hoping that if something went wrong that they would have my back, at least for a short while. Nice of Ivan he gave me R70 off…
20 days later (of which we were on holiday and did not use the toilet for 10 days) the toilet started doing the exact same thing. So knowing that Ivan said they will come have a look I sent him a message.
His response, just fix it yourself, you cannot expect me to come back a month later to fix something that I (not a plumber charging plumbing rates) already fixed.
Just shocking from Ivan, I really thought after our discussion and me placing my trust in him that they would just assist me when something goes wrong not even a month later.
Needless to say this reflects badly and George is probably a good plumber etc. But never send your admin assistant to fix things. I am still iting for my invoice and it seems Ivan is now ignoring me, more empty promises as he said he will send it multiple times
Just don't make promises you don't keep. I unfortunately will not use their services again.

Ivan and George work very well together. A structure needed to be strengthened. I am so happy with the work they did and how quickly they worked. Kind, and considerate. Will definitely them out for anything I need fixed or built. They are definitely worth recommending.

I have known the team for the past 2 years. I must say you never disappoint. Always going the extra mile for customers, Ivan skat you always know how to calm customers down with your loving heart. Keep up the good work

What to say but AMAZING, George and Ivan are a real dream team, they went over and above to resolve a plumbing issue we had. George did not stop until we were all sorted out. Ivan is such a pleasant and helpful person, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and get these guys to help you out. you won’t regret it.

Plumbing issues always take place at the most inconvenient times. When my hot ter tap in the kitchen did not nt to close this morning, I contacted George who s immediately prepared to help. He arrived at our house, assessed the problem and fixed the tap without me having to buy any additional plumbing essentials. He s friendly. And his workmanship s of high quality. He assisted us with replacing shers on two other taps at the same time. He work s fast and efficient. Thank you so much. Rex Plumbing is highly recommended 👌

Perfect service, The guys came out to remake a gate and have it fitted under very tight conditions, they delivered on all aspects. Kind, and considerate. They definitely went past the line of duty. Will definitely them out for anything I need fixed or built.

Ivan and George worked nonstop for more than 3 hours even in the dark to unblock my drain. They were super helpful and friendly. I would never use anyone else.

During my business interaction with Rex plumbers they do not properly fix the problem I asked them to fix. They kept on making commitments to return and fix the problem and then not showing up. I found their work to be of very poor quality, and third behaviour to be very unprofesdionsl. They were consistently unresponsive when I tried to contact them to find out why they had not lived up to yet another commitment to return and fix the problem.

On 29 June I've ed Rex Plumbers regarding a leaking ter pipe in my kitchen ll. George gave me a quote during the afternoon and started working on the problem from 18:00 to 24:00 that same night. This s a difficult job as the ter pipe had to be relayed from the roof, down the outside ll and back through the ll to prevent damage to my kitchen cupboard. My experience with Rex Plumbers s thus a good one.
