Very bad service and bunch of thieves! After my review below they responded that they would refund us in full, but as expected we heard nothing for over a week and then they only refunded 2/3'rds of the deposit...

Our wedding is in two weeks time (August) and these guys really failed us. They have had our request since May...
We needed to go elsewhere in order to get better work done and SERVICE!!!
We also lost our deposit to these unethical people for very bad work done by them.
We are basically paying for sting of our time with an added bonus of nothing delivered, but incompetence!
Unless you are able to sit next to the consultant (weekdays only as they do not work weekends, and you have no day job to go to...) to advise on your required design, you will end up with something looking like your grandmother's handbag!
They are also unable to change colours of items as they seem to use Google stock images.
I do not know why they have Apple Macs, but are unable to design according to reasonable requests.
You must be willing to design yourself if using these guys...
These people need to close shop like their Johannesburg branch has already done!
Gerdine is an absolute gem. She goes out of her y to ensure that your products reach you timely and that you are happy every step of the y.
The products are stunning, excellent quality and personalized. I highly recommend Lily Young Designs.
High quality work but extremely slow.
I had the most lovely invites made by this company, so thankful for their quality but the invitations were over a month late. I had planned to hand out the invitations during my month long varsity holiday but ended up having to cancel flight tickets and only received the invitations once varsity started again.
Now I have to hand out invites while juggling tests, less than 3 months before my wedding.
When I went to pick up my invitations, the manager came out and had the nerve to complain to me that they had to work overtime to complete the invites before the deadline even though I could not pick them up because I s out the country.
Would only recommend this place if you have more than a year to plan your wedding.
Contracted with Liliy Young in May and two weeks before our wedding in August we still had no stationery. The designs were ultimately something worse than I could have created myself.
We were forced to terminate the contract due to the designer not following the brief and poor work quality. Our replacement designer reviewed the designs and said we had been 'seriously taken advantage of'.
On complaining, management informed us we would receive a refund but deducted over R1000 from our deposit, without communicating this in advance.
There s zero recognition of the stress and pressure they put us under by terrible service, quality and delivery.
Would not recommend. Working with Lily Young is a stressful, expensive and unsatisfying pursuit.
