Rocket Party Hire service could have been much better, especially when it comes to communication and product quality. We hired a soft play set, collected it on Friday and returned it on Monday. We were only charged for the Saturday rental, which we truly appreciate. However, we received the wrong set. One that is not even shown on their website.
After contacting them on Friday, Lizelna said she would get back to us after speaking to her staff but she never did. On Saturday, there s still no follow-up. I tried and ed both numbers several times but both lines were dead. No instructions or photos were provided so we had no idea how to set it up. We had to improvise and thankfully the kids still enjoyed what we managed to put together.
I do suggest that the company repairs their soft play sets as they pose safety hazards for children. With foam sticking out and the ball pit unable to stay in place (one side collapsed when a child leaned on it). The set s also not cleaned. For the price, I expected much better.

Although the items rented were enjoyed by the children, the company arrived an hour after the planned and agreed upon time to set up (30 mins before the event started)
The soft play items looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while, there s minor damage to some of the items.
When trying to to find out where they delivery guys were, there is no answer on either the landline or cell number.
The drivers didn't seem phased that they were late and didn't give an explanation or apology. There has been no communication from the company since the Thursday before my event - no apology, feedback, nothing.
The service from this place is shocking and the quality and cleanliness of the items are horrible.

I s assisted Amak ,he s really friendly and got us sorted out quickly. Prices are fair .
It is one of the few places that stock Mushroom popcorn seeds . The popcorn flavoring is awesome .Try cream cheese and chives.
They also sell slush mixes

It s a pleasure dealing with Rocket Party Hire. Their process is so professional and they arrived and collected at the agreed time. Their team who did the delivery gave clear instructions on how to use the machine and mix the dry mix to make more when needed. I will definitely book with Rocket Party Hire again!

We hire soft toys for an event at our organisation. The toys were delivered timeously, and the staff set them up efficiently. The toys were clean and exactly as advertised.
