Their professionalism and support throughout the planning process of Nicole and Aidan Pereira's wedding were greatly appreciated.
They seamlessly supplied the decor for 190 guests and were incredibly efficient, even collecting everything early the next morning.
They provided high-quality items that perfectly matched our theme—including underplates, candles, wine barrels, mirrors, pillars, etc.

We worked with Michelle, and she s incredible. They were able to create centerpieces for our event that no other florist in the area were willing to even attempt. Oopsie Daisy provided our wedding with table runners including fairy lights, ivy garlands and candles. We were very satisfied with the lovingly made arrangements. We flew over from New Zealand to enjoy my uncles amazing wedding. Just looking at the money and effort that had been put into everything s truly special. It s very disheartening to see the next morning after the wedding that the beautiful flower arrangement had just been bagged up and thrown in the trash. Very disappointing to see.

I have only great things to share about Oopsie Daisy. Their attention to detail, genuine care and artistic touch leaves everything they are involved in, looking truly spectacular.

We recently had an experience with Oopsie Daisy for our wedding in February 2024 that we feel compelled to share. Our interactions began positively despite some logistical challenges with banking on our side. However, our main concern arose the day after our wedding. We had arranged to collect the floral decorations we'd purchased (valued at R33,000+ including decor) only to discover they had been disposed of without our consent. Initially, we were informed they were placed near the bins outside, but further investigation revealed they had been thrown into rubbish bags in a heated rubbish area.
I personally had explicitly discussed with Amanda, a team lead at Oopsie Daisy, our plans to distribute the flowers among our guests, preserve some for sentimental reasons, and use them for a BBQ the following day. Regrettably, these discussions and agreements were not honoured or acknowledged.
Despite reaching out to both Amanda and Charlene, the owner, for accountability and resolution, our concerns have not been addressed satisfactorily. The dismissal of our disappointment and the lack of responsibility taken for the loss of our property is disheartening. An from our wedding venue's manager also supports our position, yet no apology, acknowledgment, or offer of reimbursement has been forthcoming. Below is also the ignored communication from Amanda.
This experience has left us feeling overlooked and undervalued as customers. We advise potential clients to consider our story when making their decision about engaging with Oopsie Daisy for their floral needs.
Edit: Charlene I would like an apology for throwing away our paid property and suggesting I’ve fabricated my experience with your business as well as 20% reimbursement of our paid invoice.

DON’T WORK WITH THESE NEGLIGENT COMPANY.
Imagine paying R33k + for your wedding cake, not eating it and having the baker come to your wedding venue and throws it into the garbage before you ke up the morning after your wedding. This is what Oopsie Daisy did at my close friends wedding but with flowers. Now imagine the the owner, Charlene not being accountable to the negligence, and instead blames it on third parties, the bride and wedding stress levels with no apology after weeks of back and forth. Now imagine this being real life and not a scam. Below is a picture of where Oopsie Daisy trashed paid property they no longer owned without consent. Not a fair place to do business, I wonder how many more couples and businesses there are with similar experiences with them.

Our flower arrangements for our wedding s out of this world, and they are definitely not stingy with their flowers. My family and guests are still raving about the flowers and decor. The attention to detail is spectacular.
