Getting the service s fairly quick after much back and forth with s but now I'm still iting for the refund of the deposit more than a week later with still no information on when it will be processed but received vague responses after following up about the refund.
This is sub-standard service and is really such a disappointment. It's a pity your refund processes are not as speedy as securing the sale and this is dragging your service offerings down.
