I recently used Eventhire for my housewarming party, and their service s absolutely excellent! The team s professional, friendly, and made the whole rental process effortless from start to finish. The equipment arrived on time, in perfect condition, and really helped make the event special. I s especially impressed by their attention to detail and how accommodating they were with my requests. I’d highly recommend Eventhire to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality event rental services.

I had the worst experience with this company. Everything seemed professional at first with good communication but on the week of my event, Nicola s very impatient with me as if I had not given her all the details requested for the event which led to her giving me a tacky backdrop that s a different color from what I requested and received balloons that were incomplete. To make matters worse, when I communicated with her that the items were not as we discussed, she did not see her fault, no apology or make any effort to correct her mistake. I s disgusted by her response. The WORST customer service I've ever received and I will not be using their services again.

I have been dealing with a lot of different places, organising a kitchen tea and wedding! Event hire has been the best experience I have had hiring items for both events!! When I ed or sent a I would get immediate response, as with other places I would it up to a week.
If they didn’t have something Nicola would source it for me and one of the items she didn’t have enough, she had extra made! Friday afternoon i realised I didn’t have enough place mats and she personally came to drop the full amount I needed at no extra charge.
I will only use event hire in the future should I need someone for an event!! I recommend them to anyone, and their prices are so reasonable, she does not try and bankrupt you!! Thank you so much Nicola for the best experience ever!!🤗🥹
