Terrible. We ed to make an appointment for a fitting and were scheduled for one. When we showed up the lady s extremely rude and told us there are no suits for us as it’s matrix dance season. Why make us drive all the y to fourways for a fitting if you have no stock? Very unprofessional
if you are looking for a tux hire then this is the place to go, reason being is because the staff really help you look great, they give great advice on colour contrasting, shirt all the y down to matching the cuff links, so you don't end up looking like a clown, cause most of the times when I'm in a suit I look like some messed up joker, anyways give this place a visit on your next wedding or formal attire function I guarantee you will look great and feel great
Terrible attitude at reception and not helpful at all.. s as if it's a mission to assist us as we got there. On the gate it said lk ins are welcome... we never felt welcome at all and lked right out. Don't even bother with this place.
Their service s amazing, super helpful, but it's been over a week now and we haven't gotten our deposit back, yes there were 2 public holidays bit that's no excuse, we have ed multiple times and they kept saying they would back... and yet nothing .
