I had an amazing experience. I had a high risk pregnancy and dr Assan s very patient and understanding. He suggested I do c-section and reassured me that it will be okay. His team in the surgery room were very good. He basically has social skills.

Disappointed at the service, I s at Dr Assan office on the 24th of November for my appointment, he took blood test and also Pap smear s done. He told me that he will send me the results on the 30th of November which s Sunday, I received nothing. Made a follow up and all I would be told is will them. Up until today the 10th of December where I asked not to be made a fool can I get the result. I s then told results just arrived from the lab but what puts me off is the Pap smear results as there are some abnormal cells but I got no proper explanation or advise on what to do next, Dr Assan did not even bother to and explain. This is just disgusting and disappointing how they work. Those who got good service were lucky. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional experience – would not recommend
I had a very upsetting experience at Peermed Benoni (inside Lakeside Mall). I ited over three hours for my appointment only to be told the ultrasound machine s faulty. I s later d and told to return at 4:30pm, but when I returned the receptionist s unnecessarily rude and dismissive, even though I s simply following the instructions from the earlier .
During the appointment, a nurse slid the door open without knocking while I s undressed and trying to put on the gown, which s extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Dr Assan who saw me afterwards spoke to me in a condescending manner and treated me like a child. When I tried to address his tone, he directed his responses to my husband instead of speaking to me directly.
I left the appointment in tears. No patient—especially women—should be made to feel this y. I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed choice.

I booked my appointment a month prior and I come at the time of my appointment which s 14:30, and sat up until 18:00 iting to be attended to, but still nothing. I left there not being attended to and worst of all I s referred to. I don’t recommend him at all, I didn’t even get to meet him. It’s just so unprofessional here, it’s as if I s at a public hospital. Maybe he is a good doctor but shame your admin is horrible

I can confidently say that Dr. Assan is the best gynecologist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He is exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail, and his expertise is evident in every aspect of his care. Throughout my visits, he s able to ease my anxiety, making me feel comfortable and at ease, both during routine appointments and surgery. Dr. Assan's responsiveness is also commendable—despite his busy schedule, he took the time to respond to my messages as I s stressing about something regarding my surgery.
Although I typically do not write reviews, I believe that Dr. Assan’s exceptional service rrants a five-star rating. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and the care I received. Additionally, the staff at the reception are equally wonderful—welcoming, professional, and truly a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Dr. Assan and his team. Thanks a million ☺️

I had such an amazing experience. I s seen by Dr Sediti and her service s the absolute best. She s welcoming and very rm. She s very patient and thorough. I loved everything about the experience. The Dr took her time to explain all the details. The receptionist s very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Assan. From the moment we lked into his Surgery, we felt welcomed and at ease. Dr.Assan is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate and attentive. He took the time to listen to all of pur concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire consultation.
His professionalism and caring approach truly set him apart. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with such a rm and empathetic demeanor. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Assan and we will continue to trust his with our care.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Dr. Assan’s practice. Despite multiple s requesting a referral letter for a follow-up appointment, we received no response.
My wife sn’t even seen by Dr. Assan during the initial visit, but by an assistant.
The entire experience has been disorganized and left us feeling neglected. We’ve since decided to seek care from a more responsive and professional gynecologist.
