I arrived a bit early and the male manager refused me from signing in. He nted R250 for early signing in. I'd to go to work with my luggage only to sign in after 19.30hrs.
Arrived at the premises last night after making (and oaying) for accommodation on Bookings.com.
Upon arrival i s informed by the receptionist that bookings.com had made a double booking (impossible for bookings.com to do this), and there s nowhere to stay.
Shocking. Don’t book here
The rooms are nice and modern... However, I had to kill 2 bugs 🤢. There s noise from the trucks in the back (neighbor) and I didn't mind that.
Breakfast (buffet). Very limited. Location is great. Everything I needed s close by.
This Hotel doesnt offer service quality promised or described during the schedulling time.
The WIFI doesn't work.
There room s spacious but there s no bathroom door. They had only put 2 sachets of sugar and when I went to ask for more ,they couldn't give me as they said the housekeepers had already gone home. There were a few cockroaches.
The only problem we had s with Rose on the accounting side. She took days to respond and confirm payment s received. She NEVER answered any of my s. It took days to get a tax invoice as she never responded. We nearly cancelled our booking because of her negligence. If you sort this issue out everything will be fine, but I won't use you again because I just don't have to time to it and follow up with Rose that never gets back to you.
It s an amazing stay,the staff,the location,the spotless rooms,it s amazing,||The only hiccup s the wifi,we could not connect,but other than that,I would and book with Coyotes again.
Customer service s great and lovely environment for business, family and friends visit. Will always be my first choice in Mbombela
