Beach and Bush team building events are very well put together. The facilitators are well organized and perfect for the challenges. Our team did the I-movie challenge, which took most of the team members completely out of their comfort zones. It s great fun and laughter..but loads of learning too! Our main take aways were that we need to plan properly and strategically in the beginning of a project. We need to be able to listen to each other's ideas and concepts. And that everyone has a unique role based on their strengths and weaknesses. Overall, we had a blast! A very successful event indeed!
What an amazing experience. Thank you so much to the Beach and Bush Team, special shout out to Sibo and Saloon, for just an awesome team building session. I don't think that our team has laughed and engaged with each other so much in such a long time. The activities which we chose, Minute to win It and Indiana Jones, were the perfect choice for us to engage and truly learn how to work as a team. We had such a laugh for the last activity, which is the painting activity, what came out of there s just crazy.
