Horrific experience with Balloon Stop. Under no circumstances should you use them for a function. Please use any other ballon service provider.
Support in store to make decisions is poor, they don’t know how to make double balloons with hi-floating gel like the used to, they deliver late, balloons arrive tangled and owner doesn’t have the courtesy to back and to offer some sort of compensation as recognition of failure to be reliable on their end.
My experience: They were 30 minutes late when they ed that were late - it doesn’t help. I still had some leeway so I s ok. They then only arrived 45 mins after we spoke, and that s after I had to them. So 1.5 hours after the agreed time. I had my own transport to collect and deliver balloons but they said that if they deliver, the balloons would not tangle. This s not the case. So after delivery 1.5 hrs late they still had to untangle 36 balloons which took long as you can imagine. Guests had already arrived and I paid for a service I didn’t actually benefit from.
The reason for them being late is that they had lk-ins. So basically it’s pointless to put in an order for a function- they will not honour their commitment to you. They also disagree that they are disorganised, even after delivering late and tangled balloons.
It is not the same as it s in previous years.
When I broached them about a partial refund and getting the owner to me- nothing 1 week later.

Absolutely amazing customer service and products! I ordered from Balloon Stop late on Friday afternoon. I contacted them by first to check they could deliver the next day. I received confirmation by within 20 minutes. Delivery needed to be before 11am the next day and by 10am beautiful balloons were delivered by super friendly delivery people. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic service and product! They delivered the balloons on a Sunday during the time slot we requested. Almost a week after the party, the balloons are still perfect - They haven't lost any helium or lift at all! Thanks!

I s extremely unhappy with the service provided. The candy cart and plinth were meant to be delivered at 12.45 for a 1st birthday party starting at 13.30, the consultant ed me at 12.30 to l me that the driver would only be at the venue at 13.30, due to being longer than expected with another client. Unforseen circumstances should have been taken into count in terms of timing when dealing with deliveries, especially when there s communication sent out prior about the timing.

Who knew that you could have balloons delivered even with a small order?! What a great service! Saved me hours in time and, more importantly, avoided all stress! Helpful staff too. They included a few extra balloons - just in case!! I'll definitely use this company again.
