Beautiful conference centre. Excellent chef. Friendly staff. Directly opposite the University of the Free State and Universitas Hospital and close to Vodacom Park. Perfect location.

DO NOT STAY!! The staff s pleasant and tried to be accommodating but the rooms were horrible. We booked 2 separate rooms and between them, broken toilet, broken shower, broken AC, no towels and very dirty. We got 2 new rooms, one s decent enough to sleep but the other... no towels, no toilet paper, very dirty bedding with blood on the sheets.

Liked it. Although it s a little too small for a family of 5. Otherwise excellent !
The pace has a nice pool to swim in. As well as a communal kitchen wit the normal kitchen utensils. This lodge is in Universitas in Bloemfontein in town and as good for short overnight stays.

It's very beautiful...im going to live here for a year n I'm comfortable, yet, the main kitchen doesn't look like a kitchen at all just a storage room with a 2 plate stove and a fridge. There's s a pool though ☺😉

What a disgusting and filthy place!!!
No rm ter, linen is so dirty with marks all over it, kettle is standing on couch, cushions on couch is very dirty, there is no milk or ter in fridge, no shower but a pipe is against the ll with no connection nor showerhead, blinds and curtains is in a devastating condition. Curtains can't open up and blinds can't close for privacy, no window or aircon for fresh air or ventalation, drywall as a ll between rooms, matrress is worned out, bad hospitality skills.
This guesthouse is NOT recommemded to anyone!!!
This is on a 1 star grading and nothing more. It certainly doesn't derserve a 4 star grading.

I have booked 2 rooms 6 months in advanced based on the nice photos publised on their website. However what a huge disappointment upon checkin. The rooms we got is not worth a 4 star quality rating.||- The cupboard is tiny. Hardly big enough for one person's clothes if you are planning to stay over for more than 2 days.||- The rooms are not soundproof and can easily follow the neighbors conversation ||- The bathroom is small with a open shower to the room||- The curtain is hardly wide enough to cover the sliding door||||In general, I will not recommend or revisit them again.

s rmly welcomed by the gentlemen Thabo at reception. My room s spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. Parking is very secure, breakfast is worth value for money. Free wifi s an added bonus, swimming pool is well maintained and a plus in this sunny days

We were greeted in a very friendly manner.The swimming looked inviting and I thought this will be good. However b as soon I paid for our stay the disappointment started. The rooms looks nothing like it is advertised. The internet is only working in the reception. One positive is that the air conditioning and DSTV works. Breakfast s a dire affair. I will not recommend this establishment to.anybody.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a friendly lady Bixie. Our room were clean. The pool area needs a bit of attention by overall I would give this place a good rating and recommend to fellow travellers. Excellent location

What a rubbish establishment. The pictures on the internet do not match what you get. This has to be the most dingy hovel I have ever stayed in. My bed had crumbs in, or at least I hope they were crumbs, which meant that the linen had not been changed since the last sucker checked out. Thus i slept on top of the bed in my rm clothing. I s first put into a room that had only one curtain. When you closed one side, you opened another. There s no-one at reception other than a person who s doing painting and renovations. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again.
